Current focus

At AGILOX, I’m leading AI system development for autonomous mobile robots in warehouse environments. Right now that means:

  • Deploying on-device ML inference pipelines (ONNX Runtime) on AMR hardware — reducing cloud dependency and latency for perception tasks
  • Evaluating Vision-Language Models for spatial reasoning in unstructured industrial environments
  • Building synthetic data generation pipelines to reduce annotation cost for novel warehouse scenarios

Open source

Actively maintaining the YOLOs-CPP ecosystem — adding YOLO v12 support, improving quantized model compatibility, and working on the ROS2 integration layer.

Learning

Digging into diffusion models for synthetic sensor data generation. Reading: Probabilistic Robotics (re-read), papers on 4D occupancy prediction for AMRs.

Outside work

Based in Klagenfurt, Austria. Running when the weather allows. Occasional Arabic calligraphy.
